One of my 2nd graders had been asking to see my office for a week or two, I had to keep telling her, “why do you want to see my office?” or “Sometime when we have time” I wasn’t sure why she wanted to see it, but this time in the lunch room when she asked I just said, “let’s go right now”. She lit up. We checked out my office and talked about what principals do. I asked her if her experience lived up to what she thought it would be, she said it was “a lot more awesome”.
